We'll let you know before you run out. You can either pause work, approve extra hours at your regular rate, or pay for additional hours.
Do unused hours roll over?
To keep things running smoothly, unused hours don't roll over, but we'll always help you get the most out of your time each month.
Do you offer refunds or partial billing?
Because we reserve time and resources each month, retainers are billed in full. For custom work, we'll only bill for approved and completed tasks.
Is there a minimum project size for custom work?
Generally, yes -- we'll scope each request and provide a quote based on time and complexity. Reach out with what you need, and we'll take it from there!
